Is My Budget really free?+
Yes. There is no account, no subscription and no paywall.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in your own browser, on your own device. There is no server and no account, so nobody else can see your data, and we cannot either.
What happens if I clear my browser data or switch phones?+
Because the data lives on your device, clearing site data removes it. Use the built-in backup and restore to move it between devices or keep a copy safe.
Can I install it like a normal app?+
Yes. It is a Progressive Web App: use "Install" in your browser, or "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone, and it opens like any other app.
Can I import data from another budgeting app?+
You can import transactions from a CSV file and map the columns yourself.
